Trifecta Interiors specializes in custom soft furnishings and home décor products, including but not limited to window treatments, pillows, bedding, lampshades, and related design services. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales, timelines, and services are subject to the terms outlined below.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Custom Orders

Many of our products are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each client. Because of this:

  • All custom orders are considered final sale.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all specifications, measurements, finishes, and fabric selections prior to approval.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural characteristics of textiles and materials.

We strive to represent colors and materials as accurately as possible; however, screen settings and device displays may vary.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

All quotes are valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on material costs, availability, freight charges, or project revisions.

A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Production timelines will not begin until all approvals, measurements, and required payments have been received.

Trifecta Interiors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by vendors, freight carriers, weather, material availability, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring reasonable access for delivery and installation when applicable.

Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our work, custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For eligible retail items, returns or exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if items are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Trifecta Interiors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality or security of the site.
